It is a nice design but… not suitable for long neck or big shoulder ppl. I do prefer thicker pillow and by the way, customer service could be lack of staff. They reply slow…..buyer has to be patient

not satisfied. the pillow is too thin. sakit gak tengkuk. kena alas dengan 1 bantal nipis bawahnya. nak menyesal pun tak guna sebab dah beli. will not buy again.
